    Cool blog. Would you talk about how to make a perfect omelette? I am also interested in other egg dishes.

    Thanks! I have a few dishes on deck right now but I would gladly add omelettes to the line up. Are there any other egg dishes you are interested in particular - souffles, quiche, or typical breakfast eggs?
